Rob Rogers | Data-Driven Strategist | Agile Transformation Leader

I’m Rob Rogers, an executive with over 30 years of experience in Lean-Agile methodologies, data analytics, and business transformation. A certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant and United States Air Force veteran, I have led large-scale Agile initiatives, spearheaded acquisition integrations, and developed advanced analytics solutions across the defense, government, and corporate sectors. My work focuses on creating actionable insights and empowering teams through a blend of data science, operational efficiency, and empathetic leadership.

As the co-founder of Subterra Insights, a consulting firm I run with my partner, Melissa Hendrix, we provide data-driven political consulting to progressive candidates, civic organizations, and other mission-driven clients. Our mission is to help leaders and campaigns make informed, compassionate decisions through deep data analysis and strategic foresight. Guided by our philosophy that Decisions = Data x Science x Compassion, we strive to make an impact on both local and national political landscapes with precision and empathy.

While my approach is data-driven, my work is rooted in progressive values—focusing on issues such as equity, social justice, and keeping church and state seperate. I’ve developed innovative metrics like the Citizen Lifetime Value (CLV) to help progressive campaigns target voters based on their alignment with key values and policies, ensuring more effective engagement with constituents who share these ideals.

When I’m not working, I can occasionally be found in a mosh pit or watching professional wrestling, a passion I’ve had since I was three. My wife and I also spend a lot of time caring for our "shepherd children"—our beloved dogs who keep us on our toes. Life outside the political world is a balance of family, fun, and keeping up with my lifelong love for all things wild and unpredictable.
